e-Cattle
IoT platform for precision livestock, subject of my Ph.D. thesis and six co-supervised master's theses.
e-Cattle is an Internet of Things platform for beef cattle: field sensor data collection (automatic scales, LoRa), communication bus, persistence and semantic querying of sensor data, and multi-tenant cloud synchronization.
Origin: my Ph.D. thesis (UFMS, 2019), e-Cattle: An IoT Platform for Precision Livestock.
Continuity: six co-supervised master’s theses in the Professional Master’s Program in Applied Computing at FACOM/UFMS (2018 to 2024) and two in progress, on sensor data persistence, semantic querying, IoT bus, multi-tenant synchronization, LoRa and device management.
Publication: WCAMA 2024 (multi-tenant cloud synchronization).
